How to clear memory on android devices
Below, we offer a few ways to clean up the internal memory on your Android phone or tablet.
Method 1: Uninstall unused programmes.
The safest way to clean up your internal memory is to uninstall applications that you don't use. These can be apps you don't need or games you've already gone through. Go to your phone or tablet settings, find the apps section and in it, select the app you want to delete. Then simply press the "Uninstall" button. Unfortunately, not all apps can be uninstalled this way: some apps are system apps and cannot be uninstalled.
Method 2. Deleting application cache and unnecessary files.
Each application in this section also has a "Clear cache" button. Clearing the cache also helps to free up space in the device memory, but this method has a significant inconvenience: you will have to delete the cache of each application, and there may be several dozens of them. In addition, over time, the size of the application cache will increase again and you will have to constantly clear it. In this case, special programmes for memory cleaning will come to your aid, for example, GOM Saver, Clean Master, CCleaner, Super Cleaner or other similar applications. These utilities allow you to automatically clear the cache of programmes and delete various unnecessary files.
Method 3. Transferring applications to the memory card.
You can free up space on your phone or tablet's internal memory by moving some applications to the SD card. However, you will lose access to these applications if the card is removed. Plus, you'll need an SD card with fast read/write speeds so that you don't slow down the performance of the games or programmes you're moving.
