Vanced microG

About this game

Vanced microG is a companion app required to run apps like Vanced and Vanced Music. It is a modified version of Google Mobile Services (GMS) that enables these apps to function properly with your Google account.

With Vanced microG, you can link your Google account to the app and sync important data such as watch history, subscriptions, and playback progress.

As its name suggests, Vanced microG is based on the microG project — an open-source implementation of Google Play Services developed independently from Google. This allows apps that depend on GMS to run on devices that do not natively support it.

The app's settings let you select which Google account to use, decide whether to enable device registration, and hide a duplicate Cast icon that may appear by mistake.

If your device is not rooted, installing the Vanced microG APK is necessary for Vanced to function correctly. On rooted devices, however, Vanced can work without it.
